The entry point to your AntiGravity journey. Over a period of 3 weeks you'll be guided through the Aerial Yoga basics in a safe and supportive environment. Move your body and soothe your soul with our Aerial Yoga Fundamentals Course:
- Learn the fundamentals of Aerial Yoga
- 3 week course (one class per week, over 3 weeks)
- 1 week unlimited access to all classes on our schedule (after completion of the 3 week course)
- All levels welcome
* Please note: For the safety and enjoyment for both you & other clients, you are required to complete the 3 week Aerial Yoga Fundamentals Course as a pre-requisite before attending any other AntiGravity classes.
